Detection principle:

Specific primers and probes are designed from the known human major histocompatibility antigen molecule gene sequences. When the primer sequences can be completely matched with the sequence of the target to be tested, the primers are subjected to polymerase chain reaction. The specific nucleic acid fragment will be replicated and amplified, and the probe will bind to the target sequence and generate fluorescence by the decomposition of the polymerase. Fluorescence reaction generation indicates the presence of target gene sequences in the sample that match the specific primers, and vice versa.
